Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a structured program for adolescents and adults that provides supportive services in a group setting three days a week, offering a higher level of care than traditional outpatient services. It is designed as a step-down from psychiatric hospitalization or to help prevent the need for inpatient care by delivering more frequent, intensive treatment. Services include group and individual therapy, medication management, skill building, and connection to community resources, with a focus on strengthening coping skills, improving communication and self-awareness, and promoting independence and effective self-care.

The Early Serious Mental Illness (ESMI) program supports individuals ages 15–30 experiencing early psychosis within the past two years through a comprehensive, team-based approach. Services include individual and family therapy, CBT for psychosis (CBTp), medication management, and support for education, employment, and overall wellness. The program focuses on building coping skills, increasing understanding of psychosis, and promoting recovery through personalized care and family involvement.

Parenting with Love and Limits (PLL) is a family-focused program for youth ages 10–18 with serious emotional and behavioral challenges, including depression, anxiety, substance use, and school or behavioral concerns. The program combines multi-family group therapy and individual family therapy to create lasting change by actively involving parents and caregivers in the treatment process. Services are provided in outpatient settings, community locations, and in the home to support families in real-life environments.

The Adult Community Crisis Centers serve individuals 18 years and older experiencing a behavioral health crisis including substance abuse challenges. Our center provides a safe, non-judgmental environment, linkage to community resources, and referrals for ongoing care at no cost to those we serve. We welcome all adults regardless of background. Individuals may stay at the center for up to 23 hrs. and 59 minutes in one episode of care. During that time, services will include Medical Screening, Behavioral Health Assessment, Risk Assessment, Solution-Focused Counseling, Case Management, and Peer Support.

The Youth Support Centers provide support for youth ages 5-17 experiencing behavioral health challenges or crises. Services are available to all youth regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic status. Our Boise location offers resources only for ages 5-9. The center operates 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our center provides a safe, non-judgmental environment, linkage to community resources, and referrals for ongoing care at no cost to those we serve. Individuals may stay at the center for up to 23 hours and 59 minutes in one episode of care. During that time, services will include Medical Screening, Behavioral Health Assessment, Risk Assessment, Solution-Focused Counseling, Case Management, and Peer Support.

Treatment Foster Care (TFC) is a specialized foster care program that connects youth with trained and licensed foster families who can meet their unique behavioral health needs. Foster families work alongside therapists and case managers who provide coordinated care, clinical services, and 24/7 assistance. The program is designed to promote placement stability, strengthen family connections, and help youth succeed at home, in school, and within their community.
