Our Programs

Our programs are designed to serve the unique needs of the communities and states we operate in to have the greatest impact possible.

  • Adult Community Crisis Center

    Clarvida Community Crisis Center serves individuals 18 years and older experiencing a behavioral health crisis including substance abuse challenges. Our center provides a safe, non-judgmental environment, linkage to community resources, and referrals for ongoing care at no cost to those we serve. We welcome all adults regardless of background. Individuals may stay at the center up to 23 hrs and 59 minutes in one episode of care. During that time, services will include: Medical Screening, Behavioral Health Assessment, Risk Assessment, Solution-Focused Counseling, Case Management, and Peer Support.

  • Case Management Services

    Case Management is aimed at assisting clients of all ages in accessing community resources through linking and coordination services to meet their basic needs and increase stability in their lives. These services are provided in the home or community until the client is capable of accessing these resources independently.
  • Community-Based Rehabilitation Services (CBRS)

    Our Community-Based Rehabilitation Services (CBRS) services focus on improving daily functioning, enhancing independence and promoting community integration. This service is available to clients of all ages.

  • Early Serious Mental Illness (ESMI)

    ESMI, or Early Serious of Mental Illness, is a program specifically designed for those experiencing first episode/early psychosis and from which a psychotic disorder diagnosis has occurred within the last 2 years.

  • Family Support Services

    Family Support is exclusively delivered by trained professionals who have personal experience caring for youth with mental health or co-occurring challenges. Our Family Support Partners offer a compassionate, non-judgmental approach where families can learn, grow, and find strength by connecting with those who have walked a similar path. Our Family Support Partners provide practical insight emotional support and renewed hope to families and their child’s future.
  • Medication Management

    We provide evaluation and monitoring of psychiatric medications along with prescribing when necessary to manage symptoms. This service is provided by qualified physicians and nurse practitioners with a dedicated background in mental health.
  • Mental Health Counseling

    We offer individual, group, and family or couples’ therapy. We utilize therapeutic modalities such as, but not limited to Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Play Therapy, EMDR, and other trauma-informed practices.
  • Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

    Intensive Outpatient Program, or IOP, focuses on providing services more frequently and more intensively than at the outpatient level. It is designed to be either a step-down from a psychiatric hospitalization or to prevent an inpatient hospitalization from occurring.

  • Peer Support Services

    Peer Support offers clients, typically ages of twelve (12) or older, a unique form of mental health assistance provided by trained professionals with similar life experiences. Our Peer Support Specialists use their lived experiences to offer empathy, understanding and practical guidance to other facing similar struggles.
  • Treatment Foster Care (TFC)

    At Clarvida of Idaho, our Treatment Foster Care Program equips Foster Parents with special training in trauma-informed care, mental and behavioral health services. We offer 24/7 high-level support and resources that exceed traditional foster care models.

  • Youth Empowerment Services (YES)

    Youth Empowerment Services (YES) is a newer initiative of the children’s mental health system of care. Its focus is strengths-based and family-centered. It incorporates a team approach with emphasis on providing individualized care for children, offering Respite Care and Wrap around services to youth with serious emotional disturbances (SED).

  • Youth Support Center

    Clarvida Youth Support Center admits youth between the ages of 10-17 experiencing a behavioral health crisis, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation or socioeconomic status. For ages 5-9 we provide resources only. The center operates 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our center provides a safe, non-judgmental environment, linkage to community resources, and referrals for ongoing care at no cost to those we serve. Individuals may stay at the center up to 23 hours and 59 minutes in one episode of care. During that time, services will include: Medical Screening, Behavioral Health Assessment, Risk Assessment, Solution-Focused Counseling, Case Management, and Peer Support.
