Services for Persons with Co-occurring Mental Health and Intellectual Disability and/or Autism Spectrum Disorders

Clarvida offers individualized services for persons with intellectual differences including Intellectual Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). Clarvida has fostered a culture of support, education, and training for individuals, families, and staff to meet the needs of this population. Programming includes services for those with co-occurring mental health and IDD and/or ASD.

Community Navigation
Community Navigation provides linkage to support services and resources for IDD and/or mental health services for individuals who are eligible for Medicaid.

Enhanced Support Services
Enhanced Support Services are designed to provide skill-based services and case management in conjunction with Outpatient Therapy for children and youth with co-occurring mental health diagnosis and IDD and/or ASD.

Specialized Intensive In-Home Services
Time limited therapy and case management delivered by 3-member team of mental health professionals with additional IDD/ASD training for families and youth to reduce symptoms, prevent and diffuse crisis, ensure linkage to resources, and prevent disruption of out of home placement.
