School-Based Mental Health Services

Overview

School-Based Mental Health (SBMH) is a collaborative program between partnered school districts and Clarvida providing outpatient mental health services in the school setting. SBMH services are for students struggling at home or in school. Students with identified needs for supports would be afforded the opportunity during the school day to attend therapy sessions. Therapists from Clarvida are available throughout the school year and summer break. Sessions are intended to be the least intrusive to the student’s class schedule. Families are supported and encouraged to participate in treatment planning and treatment reviews.
